This game tells the story of a Viking stranded in the heart of the sea,
Landing on a deserted island without food and water, he must begin to find sustenance in order to survive, uncovering unexpected surprises along his journey that he never anticipated.
Process
We wanted to create a narrative and frightening experience because we've always been interested in building a world that feels real, while also creating an engaging interactive experience. We were particularly fascinated by creating nature that looks realistic, making you feel as if you are truly inside it.
Storyboard
The story remains fairly ambiguous throughout the experience. A Viking is stranded on a deserted island, searching for a way to survive. During his search, he discovers a frightening cult operating on the island. Now, he must face the cult, figure out how to escape them, and find his way to safety.
The character's path
The character goes on a circular journey, aiming to get back to where they started. But by the time they return, they've changed into someone completely different from who they were at the start.
In conclusion
The process led to an impressive result that truly frightened anyone who put on the VR headset, making them feel as though they had stepped into a parallel world filled with fascinating creatures and magical realms.
